 Ray
and Len were born in Victoria, B.C. in 1951. In the first grade
they formed a friendship that has lasted throughout the great
times, the good times, and other times. They attended the same
schools, played the same sports on the same teams, were paper
boys together, worked and journeyed their way across Canada,
through Europe and Africa, and worked together in the
construction industry on Vancouver Island. They were both
commercial fishermen with their own boats in the mid 80's. They
have owned and operated a fishing resort and hotel. Their
business dealings have been on Vancouver Island from Victoria to
Pt. Hardy and they are more than just familiar with each city,
town, and village.
Whether it's spending time with their families, golfing,
fishing, boating, dancing, playing bridge, or just plain
working, Ray and Len insist on enjoying everyday life along with
the serious side of being successful in business.
You will get the best of both worlds when dealing with these
long time pals because the real estate business is not just
about buying and selling property. According to their clientele,
each transaction is another interesting friendship.
Ray and Len will do their best to explain the marketplace of
the day and the options available to each vendor. Interest
rates, inflation, depreciation, expected returns, subdivision
potential, and zoning changes are discussed along with any other
relative considerations.
The benefit of having two realtors with more than 30 years
experience in the real estate business, when selling or buying,
is worth considering. Ray and Len have also added two new
faces to their friendly and capable team:
Wendy Langelo and
Carmen Strom. Wendy and Carmen bring to the team a
wealth of energy and sincerity along with very different
experience and capability. The whole team is ready to
